Now you can integrate your ConnectWise account with your Vonage Business phone service using Vonage® for ConnectWise®, powered by gUnify. With this cloud integration, you can automatically log incoming and outgoing call data, capture the user’s call notes, and record this information within ConnectWise. ConnectWise Integration Features:

  • Click to Call. Click to dial any number appearing in a Google Chrome browser and connect the call through the Vonage Business number.
  • Automated Call Logging. Automatically log all incoming and outgoing calls from Vonage Business numbers to ConnectWise.
  • Incoming/Outbound Screen Pop. See incoming screen pops on your computer monitor with “decline” and “send to voicemail” options; call-in progress screen pops with “end call” or “open call log window” options; and missed call screen pops with “call back” or “call back and open call log window” options.
