When a call is made or received (depending on your preference), Desktop works with your Google Contacts plugin to display the saved record associated with the caller ID so that you can recall information, take new notes, and view email history. No saved record? No problem. Add new contacts or accounts, or search Google Contacts to find existing contacts or accounts. Compatible for Windows and Mac computers, you simply need to provide your Gmail account login credentials to get started with the integration on any computer.
Downloading the Google Contacts Plugin
The Google Contacts plugin is available for all Vonage Business customers to download FREE: Simply log in to your Desktop, select “Plugins” and click “Install” next to your Google Contacts plugin.
