Adding Your Custom Hyperlink Into Your Email Signature.

Outlook 2010

  1. Copy your custom hyperlink.
  2. Open Outlook.
  3. Click “Tools” in the toolbar at the top of the page.
  4. Click on “Options” from the menu.
  5. A new window will open. Find and click on the “Mail Format” tab, and then navigate to “Signatures”.
  6. To add the saved Click-to-Call image to your signature, click the picture button in the edit toolbar. You can now browse your computer for the saved image you want to insert.
  7. Select the image you have just inserted to link it to your Click-to-Call me hyperlink. Alternatively, you can also choose an existing image or text.
  8. Click the hyperlink icon.
  9. Paste the custom link into the “Address” field.
  10. Click “OK”.
  11. Click “OK” on the “Signatures and Stationary” window

Gmail

  1. Copy your custom hyperlink.
  2. Log in to Gmail.
  3. Click the gear image (“Options”) in the upper-right corner.
  4. Click “Mail Settings” from the gear’s drop-down menu.
  5. Navigate to the signature area and either edit an existing signature or create a new one.
  6. To insert the Click-to-Call me icon, either copy and paste or drag and drop the image within the signature area . Alternatively, you can also choose an existing text or image.
  7. Select the text or image you’d like to link from.
  8. Click the hyperlink icon.
  9. Paste the custom link into the “Web Address” field.
  10. Click “OK”.
  11. Click “Save Changes”.

Windows Live (Hotmail)

  1. Copy your custom hyperlink.
  2. Log in to Hotmail.
  3. Click “Options” in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Select “More Options” from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click “Message font and signature” under the “Writing email” heading.
  6. Type and select text from the “Personal signature” text editor.
  7. Click the hyperlink icon.
  8. Paste the custom link into the “Address” field.
  9. Click “OK”.
  10. Click “Save”.
