Call Forwarding is a simple yet powerful feature that every employee can control from the User Portal / Admin Portal or from our Mobile iPhone and Android mobile app.

Vonage Business incorporates a staggered call forwarding option (called Follow Me) that allows employees to receive calls at multiple numbers. Follow Me allows an incoming call to ring your desk phone first for a selected amount of time, and then forwards the call to another number for a selected amount of time, before sending the call to voicemail.
